Patient is treated for hypothyroidism, adrenal insufficiency, low-grade narcolepsy, depression. Patient also has the following untreated conditions: hematuria, proteinuria, hemolytic anemia of unknown type, retinal changes, osteolytic lesions and subchondral cysts in hands, degenerative changes in feet, soft tissue erythema and edema of knees and throat, connective tissue damage in throat, lymphadenopathy in throat, maculopapular rash, dyspnea, tremor, mental status change, headache, low-grade fever, cold intolerance. History of Giardia and Pasteurella infections, acute renal failure, acute cholecystitis and biliary colic, hepatomegaly. What does this MRI indicate?
